🐾 If you have not been pre-approved for adoption from Humane Fort Wayne, we will need to approve your application before you are able to adopt. Make sure your animals at home are spayed/neutered and are current on their shots. Bring proof of rabies (paper certificate from your vet's office) - NOT RABIES TAG!
